A banner for a new blog I'm putting together at www.markkingsnorth.com.
I've been experimenting with a TNG-era warp like effect and here is the result. I also have an animated version of the effect with the Insignia Class starship in it on the new site.

Less than 24 hours into my new command,and already we're already racing to the rescue.
Has there ever been a time where an Enterprise DIDN'T have to get to work as soon as she was launched?!
The Enterprise is en route to the New Atlantis Colony in the Triangulum Galaxy,responding to what appears to be a distress call,ETA,less than fifteen minutes Apparently the colony has come under attack by a unknown enemy,though long-range sensors have yet to detect any signs of weapons fire.
If this indeed is the case....I find myself looking forward to introducing them to the Enterprise.
